Terms and condition

The following terms apply to direct bookings for Villa Salvatorosa and Salvatorosa Mare.

1. Booking
The booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from Salvatorosa and receipt of the deposit payment. A simple availability request does not constitute a binding reservation.

2. Payment
Deposit: 30% of the total amount at the time of confirmation.
Balance: 70% at check-in.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation policy

Cancellation policies are specified by email in the booking confirmation.
No-show: the total booking amount is non-refundable.
Guests are advised to take out travel insurance.

4. Check-in and check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
Check-in/out outside these times may be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

5. Maximum capacity and guests
The maximum number of guests is: 9 people for Villa Salvatorosa, 6 people for Salvatorosa Mare. It is not permitted to accommodate more guests than those declared at the time of booking without prior written authorization.

6. House rules
Smoking is not permitted inside the properties.
Pets are allowed only with written authorization.
Loud music and disturbing noise are prohibited after 10:00 PM.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the properties during their stay.
Guests are required to comply with the safety rules for the use of the swimming pool.

7. Liability
Salvatorosa is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Guests use the facilities and equipment at their own risk.

8. Force majeure
In the event of exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances, such as natural disasters, pandemics or force majeure events, that make the stay impossible, the parties will agree to find alternative solutions, such as a change of dates, voucher or partial refund, where possible.

9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Torre Annunziata (NA), Italy.

Salvatorosa Mare is a historic residence set within a large Mediterranean garden, featuring a swimming pool, private parking, panoramic terraces, and beautiful views of Mount Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples. Its location is ideal for visiting Sorrento, Positano, Pompeii, and the Amalfi Coast.

Surrounded by lemon trees, citrus groves, and Mediterranean plants, Salvatorosa Mare offers bright, relaxing spaces designed to experience the coast at a slow and comfortable pace. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, a panoramic living room, an outdoor dining area, a swimming pool, and spacious outdoor areas overlooking the sea.

Villa Salvatorosa

Villa Salvatorosa is an exclusive, independent villa with a private swimming pool and private parking, panoramic terraces, a solarium, and fully equipped outdoor spaces. It is located approximately 5 km from the centre of Vico Equense and the beaches. Its location is perfect for reaching Sorrento, Pompeii, Capri, Positano, and Amalfi, either by land or by sea. Shops, local businesses, and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The bus stop is just two minutes from the villa and connects to Vico Equense train station, with links to Naples and Sorrento.

  • The villa offers free private parking and is easily accessible by small cars, which are recommended.
